How much is the postage cost? +

To qualify for a carriage paid UK mainland order there is £300 net minimum requirement, less than £300 delivery will be from £11.95. For all other off shore islands and all European destinations we will confirm the delivery costs upon receipt of order.

What is the minimum order? +

You can order just 1 roll but carriage will be applicable.

How do I become a stockist? +

Click on the "become a stockist" box on the homepage and follow the steps to sign up to become a stockist.

How do I log in to the webshop? +

Providing you are an approved stockist, you will be required to login by entering your email address and password in the Login page.

Can I speak to a human being to help me? +

Monday – Friday / 08.00am – 17.00pm

Do you ever open weekends? +

Currently we do not have set weekend opening times so this will strictly be by appointment only.

Do you export? +

Yes, we are keen to increase our export business, please contact [email protected] or phone 0208-558-7705 and ask for Gary.

Can I open a credit account? +

Please request an account application form on [email protected], please include your full company details so we can try to open soonest.

Do the prices include VAT? +

No. UK VAT is currently an additional 20% on everything including carriage. Overseas customers with a VAT number are excluded from VAT charges.

Can I order samples? +

Yes, you can log into the webshop to place your samples requests

Can I pay in Euros? +

Yes, please put in the comments box when you place the order you would like to pay in euro's when placing an order.

Can I order a small quantity? +

We are trade only and only sell by the roll or half roll where stated.

Do roll sizes vary? +

Yes, the lengths listed in the webshop are the most common sizes that occur for each fabric. Rolls/pieces may be a few metres larger or smaller than the specified lengths. If an exact metreage is required we will try our best to meet it for you within the restraints of the available roll/piece sizes.

Is the full collection of fabrics in the webshop? +

Not necessarily, new fabrics are always being added to our collection so please checking your emails for new ranges! We also exhibit yearly at the NEC CHSI Craft Hobby & Stitch show every February.

Do you have sales representatives? +

Yes, we currently have a large team of sales representatives covering the UK and Ireland, please contact [email protected] to request an appointment. Please enter your account number and company name OR if you are a new customer please remember to leave your full contact details.

How Do Pre-Orders Work? +

Pre-Ordering fabrics is an exciting way to make sure you are one of the very first to have our new fabrics!

We kindly ask when Pre-Ordering, that all Pre-Order articles are put onto a separate order to general orders, Unless you would like them sent all together when the Pre-orders are ready!

The delivery dates on the Pre-Order fabrics are as accurate as possible but are subject to minor change.

For a Pre-Order to qualify as carriage free, the Pre-Order needs to be minimum £300 Net value, unless it is being sent with other orders at the time of dispatch.

Please Note: All Oilcloth* fabrics are coated to order. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations. Also, due to the lead time on our Oilcloth Fabrics please allow extra time for your oilcloth order to be processed.
